Wayne and his team did as they promised...they created a fantastic evening for us all. The canapes and finger food were unbelievable and the paella delicious - everyone commented afterwards on the quality and taste of the food. Wayne's team were equally good - courteous, friendly, busy with no fuss and his barman looked after everyone superbly. The weather created a problem and we had to re-locate the party to another part of the house. Wayne and his team adapted on short notice as if it had been planned all along. I’ve used Food by Wayne for catering in the past for large events. Since the world has changed with COVID 19, Wayne has moved his culinary skills to delicious restaurant quality meals, delivered hot and fresh to your door. Whether it’s the premium eye fillet steak, roasted pork with crackling, or one of his delicious seafood pies or paella, Wayne’s meals represent excellent value and are delicious and abundant, with usually enough for another meal the following day. Highly recommended.

Wayne was fantastic, delivered food himself and provided us with all we needed to know regarding presenting the food. Couldn't have been more helpful and easy to deal with. Food was spot on and no cleaning up after the event - brilliant - don't think we'll be cooking for a large group again!

I thoroughly recommend Food By Wayne. He provides an excellent service! The food is always fresh, like a home cooked meal and the quantity is exceedingly generous. If you order for 2 it will usually feed 3 or 4. Wayne himself is very professional, personable and cares about pleasing his customers. Having been in the industry for many years his catering skills are exceptional.

I contacted Wayne two days before the event which was an impromptu, surprise party for my husbands birthday. Wayne confirmed availability and cost immediately which was fantastic. Wayne and his team did a great job! The “substantial canapés” were very tasty and there was plenty of food for our guests to enjoy. The service was excellent and very efficient. I would definitely recommend Wayne’s catering business to others.

I have attended a few awesome events catered by Wayne and absolutely everything was so fresh, presented beautifully, cooked to perfection, absolutely delicious and a delight to share with other friends and enjoy every bite. Wayne is passionate about catering, brilliantly professional, focused on the important details such as seating, comfort, crowd movement, ergonomics, presentation, service with great staff providing the offerings, he has a great sense of humour, and a very sharp mind capable of anticipating problems and coming up with amazing solutions quietly, effectively and quickly. He is widely experienced with huge events to intimate birthday parties, to family occasions, corporate events and fund raisers. His contemporary food is incredibly delicious. He's awesome!

Great coffee and light meals. Wayne did a spit roast for 100 of our car club members. Memorable day. Highly Recommended.
