I had my oven cleaned and they were amazing. My oven looks new and they even told me about house cleaning. I was nervous about having people at my house as I thought they would think I'm lazy for getting help but both were super kind and helpful. I will use again!

Maulik was really helpful with my end of lease clean, addressing all the points on the inspection list. He was easy to communicate and organise things with and responded to an queries quickly.

Disappointed to be writing this as I tried to resolve it prior to leaving a review.Last week on Tuesday we were quoted $380 to deep clean kitchen including oven, deep clean upstairs main bathroom and the downstairs toilet. We agreed and set a date for Wednesday(the following day), I was told I would receive a message with the exact time but to expect it to be at 1pm. I never received a text message with a time so at 1.20pm on the Wednesday I called the franchisee Maulik to ask if the cleaners were still coming. He was quick to find out and let me know they were on their way which I am grateful for. The cleaner called me and said he was on his way. They started in the kitchen area however I had to leave to pick up my son so my partner stayed at the house with them. When I got home I looked at the house and was not impressed with the “deep clean”. My oven had grease and oil splatters in it still, there was soap marks around the bath tub still and the floors in none of the areas had been cleaned at all. In the past I had gone through the same business and received a great clean for a cheaper price without it being called a “deep clean”. After expressing my disappointment to Maulik he said he would ask the cleaners to get in contact with me to rectify the clean. The cleaners gave me 2 time slots that they could do it and said they were unavailable any other time. Unfortunately I wasn’t available at those times and then they said they would come back the following week. I agreed and asked if Tuesday would work for them and since then I have not heard anything. That last message I sent was on Thursday. Safe to say I will never use this business again and will strongly recommend others don’t.
