Jenelle one of the rudest laziest real estate agents I’ve ever came across in my life seems like an effort just to pick up the phone for this one. Living up to the harcourt name of terrible service and just down right arrogant attitude.Happy I didn’t purchase a home through these lot.

BUYER BEWARE -After purchasing my forever home, after many previous investments, I've been disappointed and saddened by the multiple of thousands of dollars cost involved in fixing multiple issues with my new home that should morally have been disclosed and legally fixed, given that the property purchased had been tenanted through Harcourts Rosebery for the previous year. As someone who has rented and purchased through this real estate over the last 5+ years, I'll also note that any negative feedback is promptly deleted. Owner/buyer beware, please look into other options before choosing Harcourts as in my experience, it will end only in empty pockets and broken spirit. There are many Facebook groups in regards to buying in Tasmania that you can ask for advice. I suggest you do your due diligence in that regard as reviews of first hand experience with Harcourts is worth it's weight in gold. I am quite frankly disgusted with the multitude of tenancy law breaches due to negligence on behalf of Harcourts. I would strongly encourage any buyer, renter to look elsewhere, anywhere else in fact. This real estate branch is all about what money they can make, no matter what. Also, be very aware of the building inspector Harcourts recommend, Triffet. Many, oh so many issues had been missed"
