Over charging, turned up without essential basic materials suitable in general to veruos jobs (like pvc pipes,pvc connectors, ......etc).Waste time in talking on the and smoking and asking me to go to buy materials from the plumbing store and charge for a job required maximum one hour three hours with rate $143/hour.

Brenton was able to come the same day as he finished another job early. We had a hotwater pressure issue in our caravan and he kept at it until he could locate where the issue was and fix it. Really nice guy and happy with the service and job done.

It was prompt service but very unprofessional, as he didn't tell me he would charge his up & down travel time to the house and the invoice was very unclear about pricing. My work was non-urgent, if I knew travel time was included, I could have gotten someone from near on a later date, but I ended up paying around half grand for a 1 hr 45 min work.

Peter promptly answered my message and organised to attend. I received a call stating he was on his way and attended 15 minutes later. Arrived and diagnosed the problem gave me some options and then quickly and efficiently installed new Mixer. All up very happy with the service and will definitely be utilising this Company again should the need arise.

They came the same day. I had water everywhere. Resolved what needed to be done efficiently. Back the next day and I will mention Yani . Totally knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Left my bathroom cleaner than what I had left it thinking there would be a mess. Totally professional and a decent price for an emergency. Highly recommend.
