Precision are professional, efficient and consistent.They're responsive and up front in their communications, explaining things in an easy to understand way which is particularly helpful when reviewing quotes and invoices as these can often be a little overwhelming.I have engaged their services on more than one occasion and have always been very very happy and the consistent quality of service has given me confidence to refer them to numerous friends and family looking for heating and cooling solutions in their homes and businesses.I am yet to hear a single negative comment about anyone's experience which is a testament to the standards they uphold.I will continue to use Precision to service my split systems and I know that many of the people who I've referred have also made the decision to do so.

We contracted Precision Air to work with a builder to install some new air-con units plus to decommission and recommission our existing ones, approx. 26 in total, onto our new steel roof platform. This was a complex and very difficult project, involving both contractors co-ordinating and getting the job done, working through our Body Corporate Committee. Precision - Air did the best job, totally efficiently, professionally and with courtesy. Tom Crozier was a delight to work with and happy to consult throughout and then to work here under very difficult covid circumstances, plus working with and around the winter weather. I recommend him and his great team very highly. There was a risk that the recommissioning of the units may cause some old units to fail, but due to their care and diligence all the old units were fine and worked well again.
