Vetcall Burleigh

We have been a patient of Burelight Vetcall since 2007. Yesterday I had to make the hardest decision a pet owner has to make to put my girl to sleep and out of suffering. I called your surgery at 8am only for the Vet to refuse to see us. YES I 100% understand you were booked out, BUT when we really needed our Vet you were not there for us after 12 years I think that is appaling. This was not the 1st time that you have failed us! I have seen a rapid decline since Rob has left the surgery.Thankfully yesterday we found the most amazing compassionate vet who went over and beyond to make us feel relaxed and my girl comfortable and at peace.I will never ever recommend your clinic to anyone and after sharing our experience on social media I have found out I am not the only one who thinks your surgery has gone downhill.

My best friend/doggy had her first visit here and I'm already so happy with all aspects that I'm wanting to recommend highly. A minor surgical procedure as expected and the very best of care.

We left Jack our treasured Pomeranian in their care. He was being treated for Pancreatitis. He was doing well. He has a 'panic attack' and they found him blue. He never recovered and he was put down.Words cannot express our grief. I wouldnt trust them again if I would get another dog.Where were they when Jack was in such distress?

Amazing staff who all handle my big scared Great dane with lots of love.Dr Claire is brillant and always has loads of helpful advise.and the nurse team are also very caring and full of information.

Staff offer excellent service. The vet is caring, loving, empathetic and very thorough. Will not go anywhere else. Been going to this clinic for over 5 years.

They used to be great but now it seems like every visit there's a different vet and they seem to only care about selling you pet insurance and their pet food.They recommended unnecessary procedures and then charged excessively.After 10 years we will be going elsewhere next time.EDIT: Despite saying we would go elsewhere we did go back and have had several much better experiences. They did not try to sell us anything and were detailed and helpful.

Amazing Vet's and nurses!! Highly recommend Vetcall Burleigh. They have taken amazing care of first Max our cat, and now Caspy. Can't praise the team enough. Very friendly and puts even the most OTT pet owner at ease with their care.

The team are amazing, the prices are reasonable and the place is always clean! I made this my regular vet after my first visit
