Lukas, Luke and Andrew team did an excellent job installing our solar panels and battery. From start to finish, I was completely happy with the levels of service from Lukas on sales, he proposed a solar system using microinverter panels that were reasonably priced compared to proposals of other vendors using an optimised system.Luke came out to do a site visit before signing the contract and answered all questions.The intallation was done by Andrew and his team, any broken tiles were replaced and the guhs cleaned up after themselves.All apps working perfectly and the rebates were all handled by Helcro. Overall, very happy with the service provided.

Incredible customer service, I spoke w Lukas the repo over the phone on many occasions and found the information he provided to be concise and accurate. The information in the quotes is all presented to the highest degree and really breaks down and makes clear all the available options. I don't think I've ever had such good customer service in my life.

I had an aircon installed in my apartment. The room had a 4m high ceiling and was slightly weird shaped which I thought might make things a little harder. Fedya and Rhys were definitely up to the challenge and quickly came up with the best solution to getting it installed. They were absolutely fantastic! They were super efficient, professional, friendly and responsive throughout the whole process from getting a quote to the installation. I could not be more happy with the product and the service I received from Helcro Electrical, I would definitely use them again and would recommend everyone else does as well!

Working with Helcro has been an easy process for us. They have been responsive and informative from first contact without ever doing a hard sell. We wanted to update our system to have a battery added, first speaking over the phone they worked out some options for us, which was followed up with a site visit. Every person from this company has been extremely professional and the costs seemed reasonable for the service they provide.

From the outset with my initial query, to their consultation on the works, through to booking and aligning schedules it was all easy and not a burden. The team at Helcro showed an in depth knowledge with their information/documentation requirements as part of the solar industries regulations. We’ve been super impressed with Helcro’s team, Luke, Lukas and Ben, who helped us to navigate the daunting process of getting solar from start to finish in just over a month. The system we were quoted was not the cheapest (or most expensive) but it was comprised of a good quality inverter (made in Austria) with very modern looking panels. Unlike the other two companies who provided us with quotes, Helcro made sure they visited the site for full details to ensure the quote fits our site and requirements, this also made for a smoother installation. On the day, Ben and his team powered through the inclement weather and went out of their way to help hide the cabling so that we achieved the most aesthetic outcome possible, not an easy feat with our double brick walls inside and out. Very glad we went with a local business whose owners care about their customers!
