Have moved many times through toll. My biggest problem at the moment, have a move going through them and can not get anyone on the line, you call it says press whatever number needed and the he phone line drops out!! I tried 6 different ways. It should not be “toll transitions” but “toll unreliable!!!”

'Your parcel will be available for redelivery the next business day provided you have completed your request by 7PM (AEST) on the day of attempted delivery. 'Processed request before 7:00PM on Thursday - was told by a toll representative it wouldn't be delivered until the following Monday because they didn't process it until Friday morning".I don't think I need to explain why this is unacceptable.."

I want to select -5 starsWorse customer service/experience and doesn’t provide correct information.I contact 3 times and was provided with completely different information.If you missed your package, forget about, you’ll never get it and customer service can’t helpVodafone need to stop using this company for their deliveries because customer doesn’t receive their item

Not even want to give 1 star.Extremely rude driver/delivery person ever!Asked the delivery person to put boxes on the bench top as everyone else does, got refused rudely.This guy dumped everything on the floor – thanks God not at the door front! – that’s how he does for business delivery. And at the very end he put boxes as we asked very reluctantly, and said back to us it's not 'Thank you' " with his dispise looking.DRIVER/DELIVERY PERSON WHO DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE SHOULD BE KICKED OUT! Thousands of capable people are waiting for jobs!"
