Citi Nails In Hollywood

Been having my nails done for years and Natalie at Citi Nails Hollywood by far is the best nail tech I have come across in Adelaide so far. Very high quality and affordable.

Had my nails done with shellac less than 48 hours ago and so many nails are already chipping. Really disappointed

My friend recommended me to try out this salon and I did. Vee did my nails she was amazing listened to me and suggested what she thinks will work for me. I had my nails done perfectly as i wanted. I would definitely recommend.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. They charged me $55 for extremely short nails with no design. My set turned out super bulky and unnatural..the nail polish was patchy/uneven. Never returning!

Ruined my nails there all shapes differently and even the polish looks horrible so disappointed and I paid 65 dollars I’ll never be back don’t waste ur hard earned money on this place they didn’t even give me the shape I asked for

DON’T BOTHER wasting your time or money. never ever have I left a bad google review but I guess there’s always a first for everything. I called up before coming and asked if they do nail art, and how much it would cost, I was quoted $55. I ended up paying $75 for a length and design that I’m not happy with. I would have been okay with a different price if the service and quality work was sufficient. Not only did they physically CUT me from over drilling without an apology, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they didn’t notice.. even after pointing it out, still nothing, no apology. Before even asking what length of nails I wanted - she already cut it too short. Before doing my nails I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they said they could do it, and I asked them again “are you sure? Because if not I can find something else” and they said no all good we can do it. Towards the end she asked me “all good?” And I said yeah but can you make the paint more even .. which she then proceeded to give me a lecture in-front of other customers saying that they aren’t machines and can’t copy other peoples work. I’ve been to many salons before and I have friends who work in the industry, I’ve never once experienced such poor customer service and lack of care towards your customers.

went and had a full set done yesterday by jenny and i kid you not it was the best set of acrylics i have ever had done. i will be coming back for sure :)

First of all girls are very rude and also made a cut on my finger whike doing it fast also apologise later but whats the point their rude behaviour spoiled my all day,also my nails are ao brittle as they made it ver thin and on the top i had nails done from so many places it never came off but from this place my 4 nails came off looking ugly.

Good quality acrylic nails, and most times the technicians are up to a challenge with new nail art designs I ask them for :)

Always lovely, I take my grandma here just to have her nails painted every few months and she loves it
