Vik attended and resealed the roof in installed vents in December. Was all ok, until he was paid.New leak appeared in January directly under the new vent. After missed appointments, Vik advised he attended (when I wasn't home). With the recent rain, the leak is worse, staining on the ceiling which will need repair and we are unable to sleep in our bedroom when there is forecasted rain. Unknown mould situation in the ceiling.Vik has advised twice he would return, never to show up. Now I am unable to reach Vik and it appears I am being ignored.I am now forced to raise this with my insurance company to resolve.Absolute nightmare.

VSY Roofings, is a family business run by Vik who was a valuable find. After ten months and a plethora of incompetent unreliable and shonky roofers finally found ONE who is a keeper! Vik was fairly priced easy to communicate with and COMPETENT. Thank God after all this wasted time and money. Thank you and your team Vik you are one in a million. I am so very grateful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Don’t use this Business.Vik came to install gutters and did an extremely poor service. Trying to get him back and then blocked my number after telling me he was coming.I also paid a deposit for additional work which was not done. No response and no refund of my deposit.I have had to contact department of fair trading to get my money back and NCAT

Don’t use this company. Terrible job, roof was leaking worse. Took deposit and didn’t come back to finish the work, using every excuse. I reported to fair trading and now have to contact NCAT to get deposit back as he has no building license.

Did a horrible job that ended up costing a fortune to fix! I tried calling him a countless number of times but he’d pick up and say “I’m coming tomorrow” or “I’m 15 minutes away” and then blocks the number I called him from and never showed up! I tried calling home from every phone I could call him from... same response!He installed a vent on the roof for the bathroom but as soon as it started raining, the bathroom ceiling started dripping, a monstrous amount of mould grow on it and the ceiling started bulging out!I got on the roof and found out that not only he hadn’t seal around the vent, he did not even bother securing to the roof!!!So the water was coming through the massive gaps from his sloppy installation job.Save your money and home and find a different roofing company

Come out did the repairs on my roof he actually made it worse!!!’ Tired calling him for days and months! He never picked up his phone he keeps saying he’ll come back and fix or return the money and he never did do not get him to do a job for you he is very horrible person and bad job!!!!!!!

Had water leaking into bedroom.he came out, quick response removed some leaves under solar panel paid him cash Next rain event still leaking .said he would come and check inside ceiling never happened.Now will not respond to request regarding coming out to fix. Seems to know his stuff but not happy with his ignoring customers instead of responding /resolving. Im happy to pay to get it fixed .AVOID.
