Seriously Mr Norman your staff at fountain gate are rude. I was looking to buy a new oven. I was looking around the area for at least 15 minutes. One male staff member sitting at a desk saw me numerous times, but not once did he ask if I needed help. Then he walked straight passed again nothing!Hmm maybe if I stand out in the open someone will ask"Yes finally

Spent 10 mins in a few aisles looking at specific products, and no one bothered to ask 'how may I help you today'. 2 sales people walked past me, ignoring me as if I wasn't even there. This was at a quiet time when the number of customers was far less than the staff present. When I asked for help, a disinterested salesman agreed and 'showed' me some items like reading the PowerPoint. I am so glad there are other shops around this area.

Purchased a TV and Soundbar from Ricky. The guy honestly punches above his weight and ensured I got the best deal. Thanks to the team for sorting me out with a great buying experience overall. Would recommend asking for Ricky if your looking at TVs and the like.

Went into Harvey Norman to pick up an order for a smart watch I placed online. Process was easy to pick up from the service desk. Was great communication through the emails and the staff were friendly quick and very helpful. The store layout was great furniture at the front and electronics to the right.
