JB Hi-Fi Brisbane - Queen St, MacArthur Central

Small place with friendly staff. Items kept in well condition, though variety is very small due to the size. Sales was very helpfuland very knowledgeable for phone purchase. However this came as a double edged sword as my price match included hoping whereas Albert st didn't, costing me an extra $10. Not that bad though.

Small jbhifi. Does not have everything you would find at the bigger stores, but still has the vasics like laptops, tablets, DVDs, music, fitbits etc. Doesn't have cameras anymore, and no appliances.

Had to pop in this morning to exchange a pair of headphones and it was a quick and painless experience. Didn't get the name of the guy who helped me unfortunately (had the legend of zelda pin on the bottom of his lanyard if that helps), but he was great. I was in and out in minutes with my issue resolved.

Not happy with this store. I needed a new mobile. Salesman advised if I bought a particular samsung from them which was oN special and linked it to my telstra account I could add the cost of the phone to my telstra account and then apply for the price match as telstra were selling the same phone for about $400 MORE. well to cut a long story short, telstra would not match the price as I had not initiated the purchase of the phone trough their stores. So I'm now locked in for a purchase of a mobile that cost $1099 from JBHiFi now that its linked to my TELSTRA account to pay off its now costing $1565. be warned of these sales gimmicks.....

Strange layout of store. The place is like a rabbit warren. Typically you struggle to find a JB team member but today we managed to be served by 2! Hoping this becomes my usual tech store.

Awesome, great selection of stuff. Staff knowlegable and patient. They listen to the customer and then make recommendations. Can you get more power bank options by any chance? I'm super happy with the purchase, and so is the person who received it as a gift. Will be back for my next electronic purchase.

JB Hi- Fi is one of the popular electronic shop in Australia. They provides a high standard of products and best quality of services. Just come and visit at one of their branch in Queen St. And check their promos. Have fun.

Like their knowledgeable and helpful staff. Guy at mobile phones section explained differences among models, showed their capabilities, all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed.

Convenient if you work in the Brisbane CBD. Nothing special, just a typical JB Hi-Fi. Multiple level, so not the best if you can't use stairs.
