Highly recommend Aussie PC Fix.I bought a gaming PC from a shop in Victoria and had issues with my cooling system from day one. I called up Mark and he fit me in on the day. He quickly identified the issues with the PC and replaced my CPU cooler at a reasonable rate. Not only that, but when he found out that I was returning my PC, he offered to take out the new CPU cooler free of charge and provided me with a refund.I'll definitely be going back to Mark for all my PC servicing needs.

Strongly can't recommend enough. Great service and Mark gave me an update really quickly as to whether or not my hard drive was savable. I think he realise that in this day and age that people get a little high strung when it comes to data lose. So his positive attitude towards his repairs also provide some peace of mind.

Mark was friendly, professional and extremely timely. I had a fix that was very time sensitive and he made the processes stress-free. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and even rang me a few times to keep me posted on how everything was going. I could not recommend him highly enough! Great affordable and professional service with high quality customer service - what more could you want!

Months ago I asked Mark to clean my laptop bc of sticky keys. He broke my shift key because he removed the key and did not know what he was doing and did not inform me that he doesn’t know how to clean computers. He refused to pay for the damage. I left a review at the time and he sent me texts that he would sue me for defamation if I didn’t delete the review… ? I did delete it because I felt afraid of him. But dude you broke my keyboard and you cannot threaten your customers with legal action for their honest review Lol bye

Honestly, I would have given Mark more stars if I could. He is very helpful, very professional and always give me updates on the repair progress. Price is very reasonable and he won't try to upsell you things unless he thinks that it is absolutely necessary. Will definitely recommend this place to other people. Awesome service!

Took my PC to Mark as Windows would not boot. He was able to recover all my data and diagnose the problem (faulty sectors on the hard drive). He did the work for me quickly and he kept me informed about progress. I would definitely use him again and I am very happy to recommend him.
