Coral Nails

I had recently went to get a full set of acrylic nail on a quite Thursday night. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service provided. I walked in they told me to have a seat, which I did. There were only 3 workers who where occupied with customers at the time. So I patiently waited until on of the ladies had finish. About 30mins now a lady approaches me so I can pick my colours. I show them a picture and they quoted it to be $100 So I asked for it without the gems she said $100 still, mind you the style is pink French tips with swirls. So I showed her another style which was white French tips and she quoted it $100 again. I then asked her what you get with the “acrylic full set” which was priced at $50 she said you get to pick one colour which is normal for a lot of stores. So I question her again on the plain white French tips and now she says $80. She then leaves me to start a customers nails that walked in after me and told me another lady would start my nails. The other lady finishes a customer and stars on another 2 customer that walked in after me. I’m sitting here for a hour and a half now with only the tips glued on to my nails. I called one of the workers over once she had finished with a customer, and I told her to remove the tips too which she offer to start my nails then. I said no I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours. take them off. Then walked out.Moral of story don’t waste your time.

Very much friendly when you walk in and after that everything changed. Not a good atmosphere at all, taking too many customers with a friendly smile and treat really bad afterwards. I just went in just to do some french tips. There were only 3 people worked at the time, and there were about 8 customers. I don't think any of the jobs were done properly. The lady who served damaged my cuticle with the rotary tool even. I spent 1.5 hours there but they were really rushed to finish the job at the last moment. Even the job was very unprofessional. My nails were not smooth, and even the dust was visible inside the nail polish. Not satisfied of the work at all.

The staffs were absolutely professional. The shape they did for me is perfect (not uneven like salons I have been). They recommended me this design idea which is cute, simple and elegant. Love these staff so much. I will definitely come back.

Horrible I wish I could give it a zero. The staff kept switching between me and my friend so it took twice as long, they cut me 3 times ( 2 on my cuticle and 1 on my finger ) and didn’t take care of my nails whatsoever. The nails i got were quite short just black French but it came out to be $95!?!? It is twice the price of normal nail salons and it doesn’t even provide high quality service. I will never be coming back and I don’t recommend anyone to try it out

I recently went to get my nails done here and, I honestly had an great experience at Coral Nails. The beautiful lady who did my acrylic set was very experienced, friendly and sweet, her name is Candy. (I highly recommd her)And this is the set she did for me!!

Meticulous, know how to apply their products. Going there for years. Can only recommend. Very satisfied. Thank you for your knowhow
