Especially my wife, she has been with Lucy from her previous salon in Clayton.We have known her for many years, using her services.She will follow your requests and instructions. Very experience in her services. Easy to arrange appointments.Highly recommend Lucy to anyone who is looking for a hair stylist.

0 star if i could. It was the worst experience that i have ever gotten. I have been bleaching my hair for more than 4 years and never seen this before. Waisted 5 hours sitting there with costly price and got my hair done like a mess, super uneven, starting with grey, some kind of blond, then grey, then blond. I then contact the owner and she said just use silver shampoo then my hair will be fine and it did not work and then she started to blaming my hair's colour as a excuse. Now i have to get my hair done somewhere else because my hair is now look like a mess. This is so awful!!! do not go there or you will waist your time and money to get your hair done again!!!!

Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough.My first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff, quality service. Pricing is more than reasonable.I love my hair colour and my hair cut.Many thanks to Ms.Phuong and Ms.My.Definitely I will come back again.

I had blonde hair in my length andLight brown colour on my roots- just wanted to go dark on my roots and blend it tiny bit in the length .But they coloured my hair all grey without my permission and I lost the blonde colour in my hair.Would recommend anyone wanting to go light/ want to be blonde - dont go here or u will end up with grey hair.Talked to the saloon owner she said i just wash my hai 4 times and that will fix it and is not ready to fix my hair . Wont come back here again.

Love coming here to get my hair done! Had my hair coloured silver and they did such an amazing Job. Great service every time I go there. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever. No experience for men’s cut at all. Asked her to make a line and showed her a picture as well and she said she can do it but i was left injured and with a terrible haircut. Do not recommend this place for men.
