Didn’t get the guy’s name but he was in charge of the TVs, extremely unhelpful in advising differences between models, short answers, kind of rude. Expect a lot better for JB HI FI staff, normally have a great customer service experience. Won’t be back.

Jonny and Nick was a pleasure to deal with, and everyone that works at this store, when they aknowledge you have a smile on their face, very rare these days. Samsung gave me credit for a warranty and I bought another Samsung. Jonny had to contact samsung to confirm the credit, took a few days, he called me every single day, giving me updates, and telling me his still waiting on Samsung, which I was expecting, but he went out of his way. just a great bloke to deal with. He organised another great bloke Nick to finalize the claim. When I went back in to pay the difference after lunch on a friday. Some how he was able to oraginze the delivery for the next day, the delivery guys came exactly when they said they woon, swapped the Tv's over took the boxes and I didnt have to do anything. Best experience a customer can have. thank you very much.

It will be my first time and last time visiting there. I was looking for some games at the game section aisle for awhile and one of the Asian staff member came to assist me. He was very friendly and helpful. Also he told me to use the JB computer to browse the site to check which games is available. Then he left me to attend other work. Few minutes later a woman walking pass from the next aisle saw me using the computer. She then shouted across ‘ you are not allow to use the computer!’ and she came over. I then explained to her what happened earlier and she still told me I can’t use it. She was not friendly as well as her tone of voice. She made me feel like I did something bad.After she left, I went back to the game aisle continued my game search. I then noticed a few JB staff kept wondering around the game section. At that point I’m thinking am I been watched? Even the security guard gave me a look when I exist the store! The shopping experience in this branch was the worse by far that other JB I been to.I believe that woman who shouted across the aisle was a manager. She could have get that Asian staff to clarify the situation and told me nicely ‘sorry, Computer are for staff members only’ instead of handled it unprofessionally! If it not for that friendly Asian staff I would have given 0 star to this store!! Shame on the other staff and the manager!

I got a really cheap version of the washing machine as they selected the wrong item over the counter and I learned about it after the first wash.$400 in loss due to their staff not being competent and on complaint not willing to fix their mess.

Fantastic service from the store manager John and staff member Maria helping us with a phone pre-order, after incorrect advice given earlier. Great to see a business going out of their way to help a customer. My son has regularly received great service from this store, so this will be our go-to JB. Thank you from a grateful customer.
