Nice view of the table lands!! Nice walk, with a lot of up an down, some parts ere really steep.On the way up, you find the place where, in 1990, a plane crashed, there are still the pieces of the plane

Mount Emerald Lookout
Get out there and go for a walk, and be sure to take your dog. Start at the end of Anderson road. Turn off to the left about 500m after Robbie's lookout, corner is usually marked with a Cairn and surveyors tape, follow the track in looking for surveyors tape in the trees. Some very steep sections (up to 30% grade). About 10km and 4 hours return.
