Always a treat when I visit, beautiful decor only outshun by the wonderful atmosphere.I will not get my hair cut or even touched anywhere else.

Terrible experiences, colour and extension services were misquoted by hundreds of dollars. Blames the customer for their poor service and mean attitude of the staff.

Nadia is simply the Hair Goddess...and the salon itself exudes style and luxury. Love how i feel when she's worked her magic on my hair.

l have been a regular customer at Caj Hair and Beauty in South Melbourne for approximately 2 years. Prior to visiting Nadja and her wonderful team, l absolutely loathed my hair which was flat and lifeless. 2 years later, l bounce out of the house every morning with party ready hair and a big fat smile on my face.The team at Caj have become a LOT more than just my hair stylists, l feel like l am going to visit friends when l go in for my regular 'pamper' sessions.Anyone looking for the best in the business - need look no further!!!

Pricey doesn't begin to describe this place. The woman who runs it is a salesperson first, hairdresser second. She will add things on to you bill and not even tell you what they're for. You'll be told you need a million overpriced products and be given a treatment (and charged for it) even if you don't want one. Don't get me wrong, she is good at what she does but the relentless sales pitch ruins the whole experience.

Highly recommend ...I have been to a lot of top salons nothing has even come close to how my hair looks and feels and the products really do the job no Moore wasted money or endless tears...couldn't be happier with the team at Caj...

Awful hair day.

The 60-layer hair extension costs $900 and the 200-layer one costs more than $2000. If you think the price means better quality, you might be wrong. You know what, 15 sided off within one week and another 15 in the second week. No oil, no alcohol and no silicon. The lady in the CAJ said hair extension would last 3-6 months when we had a consultation initially. For the second week, I used Kerastase Shampoo bought from the store, because she said her previous customers all use this shampoo and didn't have such problems. The hair still keeps sliding off.She refused to solve the problem and asked me to leave when I said I want my money back. She also refused to remove the rest of the hair extension and said I had to do it by myself or go to other hair dresser. The most awful thing was she said I pull off my hair by myself and did something secret at home.I wish my bad experience will help you make better decisions.
