Wynstan - Blinds Doors Shutters Awnings

22.03.23 - Wynstan Warilla do not use there own installers so they flick you off if there is any damage or warranty claim as not there problem. We had our blinds installed and the installer left 6 holes in our walls and left. We had to call to get them to come back and was told it would be over a week later. We are now in our second warranty claim with one of the brackets coming out of the wall, all other brackets loose and not connecting with the rail and the rail itself appears bowed from the weight of the blackout curtains (the product they suggested). We were promised a quick response from the warranty team which we didn't get, and a call yesterday from a manager which we didn't get either. Disappointed with the overall customer service from the team and will be following up with them again today.23.3.23 - Yet another day with a promise of a phone call and no response from there installer""

Do your research first.I waited 5 months for my products ,customer service was rude refusing to refund my money until I sent a complaint from fair trading.They also do not install your products, they contract other people to do the job.You would be better of going to bunnings and doing it yourself or hiring a local handyman..Nothing but a headache.

So happy I walked into Wynstan. Connie and Steven were a pleasure to deal with and I got a great price on my blinds. Originally I had an appointment with another company who screwed me over but I'm so glad I used Wynstan instead. Great service, great price and quick turnaround. Definitely recommend!

We had Bill from Wynstan Blinds pop over and replace our 2 venetians that we got installed 14 years ago, also by Wynstan Blinds. They were still in good nick but our cat had gotten into them so instead of just replacing the slats we got the entire front 2 windows redone. He was friendly, quick and very thorough. He double checked everything before he left also. He was right on time as well. We wont go through anyone else for all our window coverings! Best place. Everything from start to finish, including the phone call to organise a quote, was done all in a matter of weeks. Thanks so much Bill! You're a champ!

Installer was great however check measure was disaster. Recommend shopping around as you will get the old sales tactic of our special ends this week and quote day was a friday so no time to get another price...
