We have a Stretch Limo with lift up doors. Had been told by another company that I would have to take off the front guards to replace the struts. The team at Australian Gas Springs not only helped me simply remove the struts in a few minutes they then temporarily gased the old struts whilst they manufactured the new struts. The new struts are better than the originals ever performed and all for a really reasonable price. These guys know there stuff and couldn't have been more helpful. Don't mess around go straight to AGS.

These blokes are beyond unhelpful. They don't seem to know anything about the application of their struts. Ask them any questions at all about how they will work with the job you're doing and all you will get is silence at the end of the phone and a shrug of the shoulders.Useless.

Great Business. The staff are friendly and the prices of the gas struts are very reasonable and better quality than the ones on ebay. They'll fit the struts for you too.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Kane was doing me a favour for just talking to me. Sent numerous emails looking for replacement items but 2 days later still no comeback. Will never use them ever. Found a company in NSW who could not be more helpful. This company sucks.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life (yes in my life). Ben and Kane are EXTREMELY unhelpful and rude. Do not know what they're talking about. Do not bother wasting your time and money.

I wont go anywhere else for gas struts, Seaford is a fair drive for me, but I'll happily drive there, because these blokes do a FANTASTIC job, their customer service is second to none, and they even let me pull useful junk out of their scrap bin !!! Highly recommended !

I spoke to a staff member (Ben) about ordering a replacement strut for my trailer. I has sent 2 emails with photo's to confirm the fit. Every time I sent an email, I received a response with 20 mins. I ordered the strut on a Tues late afternoon and on Thursday morning I received the item. I was really impressed by the speed of answer and the delivery of the product. This is one of the best examples of good service I have received in a long time. A+++ Service ! Thanks Guys !
