Do not go here. Waited over 10 minutes for 2 drinks while the workers were too busy chit chatting away. People lining up and people waiting for drinks. People who ordered after us received their drinks before us. Very poor service. Not even busy. Will not be returning.

My go to place to get a all berry bang before work ! Waited 10 minutes to be served well staff members were chit chatting they looked at me 4 times no customer service! Took them about 5 minutes to make my drink when there were no other customers wasn't blended big chunks of Berry in this not happy

I went to Boost on the 03rd September 2018 at approximately 3pm. On arrival, the two employees present showed no recognition of any customers waiting to be served, resulting in a customer walking away. I proceeded to wait to be served for approximately five minutes without a line. One of the employees was making one drink (order for customer waiting), while the other employee decided to ignore our presence and continue cleaning the freezer, looking at us multiple times. I understand that it was more than likely not a busy day and it was a great day to get on top of cleaning tasks but to serve a customer for two minutes seemed like a huge effort by the employees.

Extremely slow and the staff need retraining on how to serve people in a timely manner along with an attitude adjustment. If you don't like customers then don't work in one of the most customer vibrant atmosphere positions that there is.

Fantastic service at my local Boost Juice by my favourite worker Steph ..The girls went above and beyond to satisfy me. Usually get a Mango Tango crush but she recommended a juice that she came up with and it was so nice!Steph you are worthy asset to the company❤

I experienced my first Boost Juice on Saturday Afternoon, not only was it yummy, the young girl serving me was great.....now for the amazing part.I went back 40 odd minutes later to grab another Mango Crush (I think that was the name....they had basically closed by this stage, everything cleaned, washed up and almost ready to leave.The same young girl could tell I was disappointed and before I knew it she was making me a fresh drink, even though I'm sure she wanted to go home as much as I did......and again, yummy.The owner of this branch is very lucky to have such a great staff member, I only wish I had asked for her name.Definitely will be going back......5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s

Staff needs to be friendlier, seems like having a bad day and didn’t know how to make the Green Tea Mango Mantra. Couldn’t drink so had to throw it out, wasted money

Worst boost juice experience to date. Have had many great, reliable and as expected boost juice experiences. Ordered Weekend Warrior, could taste and see the not properly mixed in protein powder and it had lumps of frozen berry from not being mixed long enough. Disappointing.

I just paid $6 at Boost juice Southport.... For one piece of banana and lots of ice cream which means lots of sugar for $7..... When I asked for more banana the worker said I'm not allowed to give you more" ..... Seriously what a waste of money... Sugar in icecream!!"
