I had been wanting to reduce my double chin for about 5 years and I finally worked up the courage and booked in with Dr Martine at Miranda.Right a way I felt at ease when sitting down and discussing my insecurities with her. She was very honest and told me I did not need half the work I thought I needed. It was very reassuring.I’ve done my first lot of fat dissolving and two weeks out I’ve already got results from one treatment! Dr Martine was very gentle and the treatment didn’t even hurt. She’s extremely knowledgeable and a pioneer in jawline sculpting. I can’t wait to see the final results of our plan in a few months. I also have to mention that all the lovely reception staff are so welcoming and make you feel like nothing is ever any trouble to them. Overall it’s just such a positive experience, they really take care of you and I’m always looking forward to going back!

Dr Martiane Bersano has to be one of the rudest and ill mannered doctors I have ever visited. She made me feel completely uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door and absolutely disinterested in everything I had to ask and as though I was wasting her time with my questions. However, the clinic itself has to be one of the most welcoming and professional I have ever gone to. The staff at the front were so so so kind and helpful, and the process of booking was so seamless.

I recently visited this dermal filler clinic twice and had a fantastic experience. Katrina, the practitioner who performed my treatment is incredibly professional and took the time to understand my needs and desires before recommending a personalized treatment plan. She never once tried to push any unnecessary treatments on me and only recommended what would work best for my specific features. The results were amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.Additionally, the clinic itself is very convenient and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the clinic was kept clean and tidy. I appreciated the comfortable waiting area and the fact that the clinic was easy to find and access.Overall, I highly recommend this clinic and Katrina to anyone looking for dermal filler treatments. I know I'll definitely be going back to see her in the future for any of my aesthetic needs.

I was nervous as I had not had any work done since having my two children. I walked in and the clinic is beautiful, staff at the front desk were just so lovely and welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxing and very luxe. I had a booking with Nurse Ashley for lip injections and Botox. She was amazing very informative and honest. I was excited to book my follow up appointment with her :)
