I booked online for a two hour much needed massage and have been looking for a regular place to visit between jobsI checked the reviews and thought Rainbow Moon might be good - mature ladies - yoga based - legit etcBut in all the positive reviews - there was buried a 1 star review about a person turning up to an appointment and the business was closed even though they had the appointmentSo I checked my appointment time by phone to make sureResponse - 'You come another day - I have other things to do'Wow - is this a cultural thing or simply inept rude and unprofessional?My custom is secondary to her whimsical plans even though she puts up an electronic booking systemI don't want to be massaged by a rude person thank youI want positive energy flowing - not negativeto the 1 Star Reviewer - Thanks for taking the time in writing that and sharing - you saved me an hour in traffic and somehow I think likely not a very good experienceIts a window in to how NOT to run a small businessYou have lost me!
