Lady on shift sent us away from getting a covid test even though we were the only ones their and were following all the rules, we weren’t showing any symptoms, as it was only a precautionary test we should have been allowed. 0/10

They can never find my Blood referral (I have bloods done every 6 weeks so they hold the referral). My last test results were sent to a GP I haven't seen for 6+years (who is now retired) and an ex- Specialist. Seems they used a referral that was dated approx 6 years ago and didn't bother to check the dates/details so of course the tests done were not the right ones. Never mind the breach of privacy for sending results to the wrong Doctors!

The three staff that we dealt with whilst getting my 3 year olds blood test were all amazing. This was the second pathology clinic we went to as the other clinic refused to do the test on him.Unsure why this clinic has such low ratings as the ladies we dealt with were amazing and dealt with an extremely nervous 3yo so kindly.

Called to get a mandatory PCR test for my 10m/o son before his surgery on Monday, we have a referral for the surgery and a text from the hospital asking for the PCR test. Apparently that's not good enough. Staff member didn't seem to care, wanted the PCR test on the surgery referral form. Disgraceful.
