Absolutely shocking service. To take people's money and not deliver a quality job is extremely poor and truly unprofessional. Do not use this company. Do not pay upfront. Do not trust in them.Regarding the reply from owner. Yes, I am the wife of JasperDM and you know it!!I added the review after going through what had been done once I was well enough to go out and see it.This whole episode caused a lot of stress for my husband. It is over now, the work has been rectified by others to a good standard. We have learned a valuable lesson from this which is to take more care when deciding who we use for essential work!

Be very very careful if considering using this company for a septic install. I don't need to say any moreIt made me smile when I seen all his friends" reviews suddenly appear so thought I would edit mine.I now have another company fixing up my yard because of his work and a report is being put together.His drip line was not the correct amount and was just laid on the ground covered in dirt

Darren was really helpful in investigating and repairing a leak for me. Took the time to explain what needed doing and suggestions for future to avoid happening again. Would recommend using Miles Ahead Plumbing if in the Scenic Rim area as the guys are local. Recommended to us by another local builder.
