Disappointing experience from the used car department. Didn’t appreciate salesman attitude - seemed rude/uninterested/busy and rushed the experience (6400km basically new)- Salesman didn’t want to spend time showing car features/system settings saying, “Did you want me to show you the car cos it’s pretty standard/straightforward”.Promised car would be detailed/cleaned- Sand/Dirt on centre console with dried noodle like material stuck in grooves.- Looks like food stains uncleaned.- Marks/dirt from shoes on door panels not wiped. Sand/dirt in boot area.Stated vehicle was only driven by one company executive & well maintained- Multiple people’s phones/apple car-play was connected - settings wasn’t reset to factoryNot being told about deep scratch until just before leaving with the car- Very poorly painted over.- Minor scratches not detailed.

The best place to buy a new car or used car. Such an amazing place with awesome deals. Staff is very polite and very responsive. Just bought a new Mazda Cx 5. All the staffs are amazing, Specailly thanks to Uday Bector. He gave me the best deal out of everything. He is such a very nice person, very humble and down to earth. Such a good presonality with great communication skills. I am so happy with the services.

We purchased a used Toyota SUV through Uday in October 2022 and three months later the car is still running solid as rock without issues.
