Godfreys Baldivis

We were served by Erryn a new staff member who sold us a vacuum that really didn't do what it said it would. Unfortunately we were told we had 15 days to take it back if it wasn't suitable. Turns out its only 10 days. We took it back on the 11th day for a refund and the staff aren't willing to honor what we were verbally told. We are happy to swap it for another vaccum but godfreys don't stock the one we're after. It's been a terrible experience and we have been left out of pocket and really unhappy with how we have been treated. Disappointing

After working in retail for 17 years I was quite disappointed to return to the Godfrey’s store after buying a vacuum in February I didn’t read the manual who honestly does being a full time working parent and trying to keep on top of The house and work so didn’t realise one of the 2 filters were missing…. Anyway it’s suction was low so I returned the vaccum and I can say I am quite upset with the service I received I was basically called a liar as never before have they seen a vaccum without a filter in the box …. What has happened to good old customer service I was polite and asked why I should have to purchase the filter even though it wasn’t in the box and was told we don’t know if you had received it or not so you will have to $30 for a new one so here I am thinking cool the vaccum has now cost me $30 more then joe blogs who bought it last week …. if this is how they treat there customers I understand why they are quiet all the time! Good old customer service and compassion to the customer is the key to running to a good store and keeping them customers happy so they return time and time again I for one will not shop here anymore this is not good service.

Pro's- Mostly patient while I stuffed around with Zip-Pay- Let me Try out the Vacuum cleaners- FriendlyCon's- Sounded frustrated I wasn't able to make the purchase in-store. He did apologize though which made up for it. 10 minutes to closing time, so I don't blame him.- No Zip Pay (Not store's fault)Sorry I couldn't get Zip-Pay to work in-store so I thought I would give you guys a 5 star review instead.

A big thank you to Cameron at Baldivis Godfreys always so very helpful. I recommend Cameron it your looking to purchase a vacuum cleaner. He knows his stuff :) I am a happy vacuum owner and anything I need Cam is there to help.

Todays experience on purchasing of a new vacuum cleaner has been nothing but a good experience, it has renewed my faith in the youth of today. The 2 young staff Erin and Stephanie were exceptional in there manner and there professional attitude towards there job. It's a shame you don't experience such fantastic service elsewhere.

Great store with excellent service. The store manager is always eager to help and very knowledgeable.This store is well layed out and has a wide range of vacuums, extractors, robots and all the cleaning chemicals you could need for both domestic and commercial applications.If the team here can't help you immediately they will always go out of their way to find what you are looking for anywhere in the country or even provide suitable alternatives.

Tried phoning several times for over a hour and it kept going to an answering machine. Finally drove down there and was told that they are moving away from trading in vacuums even though there website says they still do. Will sell my vacuum on gumtree and will never buy from Godfrey's again. Was a loyal customer for over 20 years.

Rude and nasty sales man. If u dont like your job then leave. Customer service should be number one priority not your upselling. I only wanted a hoover stick vacuum for my tiled foors. I could only afford the one for $149. The sales man tried to up sell after I told him i was happy with the one i picked. It was pretty obvious he was angry that i wouldn't buy a more expensive vaccum. Will never buy from this store again. The Rockingham Godfreys is much more approachable and friendly.
