I’m from Sydney and brought my xtrail in covered in dirt and bugs from crossing the country- had an issue with a front wheel- they took it in straight away, fixed the issue quickly and cleaned the car better than I ever would have. I would 100% recommend this team- they are friendly and quick! We were back on the road in 2 hrs. Iv never been more impressed with a service of any type! Blown away!

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but port Augusta Nissan has been the worst mechanics I have been to in Australia, We broke down in coober pedy, we then got our Ute towed to port Augusta because that’s the only closest place that had a Nissan garage, Nissan told us that there was a dpf filter problem, they started there work replacing the dpf filter, we were always ringing and asking for updates of what was going on the mechanic didn’t know what was wrong and was calling the Melbourne Nissan to figure out what the problem was, after a month of having our car we finally got it back but now the cruise control doesn’t work when it was working before the Ute went in, poor mechanics and poor at keeping in contact with updates.

Hi, I asked for my fuel filter to be changed last service and it was not done. I then had troubles with my car last week 21.10.19 (car jolting whilst travelling at 110kms, engine light came on, called raa who read the code and told me to change the fuel filter) my dad (a mechanic) also said the fuel filter needs to be changed. So again I went to Nissan port augusta and asked for it to be changed once again on Wednesday the 23.10.19. They again didn’t do it and told me there was nothing wrong with my car as it wouldn’t fault for them. I told them to keep my car over night and to please change the fuel filter on Thursday 24.10.19. Once again they didn’t do it. I didn’t hear from Nissan I had to ring them to find out what was going on. They kept my car again over night trying to get the car to fault. On Friday I did not receive a phone call to be notified what was going on. I did not call them either. They kept my car over the weekend. Monday the 28.10.19 came around and my dad had to ring them to find out what was going on. He told them to change the fuel filter. Again they didn’t do it. On Tuesday 29.10.19 I still didn’t receive a phone call. On Wednesday the 30.10.19 I rang Nissan and they told me the car finally faulted for them and they have changed the fuel filter as that was what was required. Not once did Nissan port augusta ring me to notify me any day. I had to ring each day to be updated. And it took them a week to do what I had requested to be done 3 months earlier at my last service. They then charged me $405 for labour. I find this absolutely ridiculous as the fuel filter should have been changed the first time I asked. I paid a total of $509.65 for this fuel filter. I don’t mind paying for the fuel filter and some labour but $405 for labour is absolutely ridiculous. I will never go back to Nissan port augusta and I will never buy another Nissan car.

I can not say enough good things about Nissan in Port Augusta. I arrived here Tuesday morning with cooling issues with my 97 GQ patrol. The team bent over backwards to get me back on the road so I could continue my trip to QLD from Perth. I highly recommend Nissan in Port Augusta

Would get better service in a Pakistani Prison, Would NOT recommend for anyone. Absolute nightmare to deal with.. STAY AWAY!!!!!
