Fuel came and served my bike. After diagnosed a problem that 2 other bike shops couldn't solve; it's now getting a warranty repair. A level of knowledge and expertise that takes a lifetime to gather. Herb really is a master of his craft. Could not recommend more.

I think Herb and team are as enthusiastic about my bike as I am. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and he has taken care of the smallest and largest repairs with an equal level of care. Herb has a great network and his relationship with suppliers is outstanding, ensuring quick and superior service and hassle free part warranty repairs if applicable.If you love your bike don't save it for the weekend ride..... ride the hell out of it, love it, and give it to Herb for TLC when it needs it.
