So much better than buying stuff online. Cheaper than the coopers site, way more options + tonnes of great advice. The guys are happy for you to call them at any point during your brewing to ask questions, or even to just let them know how it’s going. They are genuinely interested and enthusiastic about people brewing good beer (or cider)

I live on the north coast and wanted to arrange some homebrew supplies for my dad in Berkeley. I called and spoke to Leon and told him I wanted to buy some items and have a courier pick them up. Leon gave me great advice on products and then said he would see if he could have one of the boys deliver it for me. He called back in half an hour to say that it would be delivered today, no charge! This is the type of old fashioned service that is so rare now days and so greatly appreciated. Please support local guys doing an awesome job. Thanks Leon and team.

Went to visit yesterday to see what it's all about and left with a brain full of knowledge.I am a real beginner but was treated like a regular. I was given so much amazing advice by Allen - he is a true master, friendly and had answers to every question I asked. The range is quite amazing and at very competitive prices. If you're starting out or just want to see what the fuss is about, I couldn't recommend going there more. If you're looking to take your home brews to the next level, forget YouTube, go in and chat with Allen.I now am worrying I'll develop a 'problem'.

Small store with great service, the guy there does his best to answer all questions and give advise.Slightly over priced but that’s the only way little businesses can earn a living.

Amazing advice and service from the team at Mars. Have been slowly upgrading my setup for the last few years and they have been very helpful with advice, instructions and guidance along the way, happy to take the time to help. Have compared their prices to online and they are either the same, or the same including postage. Absolute legends.

Good folks. Good advice and good prices. Should stop by and browse the inventory and make a plan with Leon or Allen. They can get anything you want for a good brew. What kinda hops u want? No problem. I really like this place. Follow up- I just did about 8 kits from this place and Leon knew the different malt bases which were pretty much exactly what I told him I wanted. Hard to go past this place, really. Just try it.

The Mars crew are the one stop shop for ALL Brewing requirements. Totally knowledgeable, pure professionals, I can not rate them highly enough, if they can't help you, well, you didn't really need to know whatever you thought you did anyway. If all goods and service providers were of the ilk of these great guys, the world would be a lot more, of an easily navigated, trustworthy place. They are prompt, informative, and what's more, totally reliable. They will help you in any way that they can. Their philosophy on business acumen, and just pure willingness to do the best by you also, is a rare experience, that I have had the pleasure of, in my sixty years. As stated before, I can't recommend the lads at Mars highly enough. Cheers to that!!
