Everything organised on arrival. Friendly professional greeting. Agreed to do lesser 75k service rather do forward to expensive 90k service. Didn’t get offered the VW Roadside Assist membership as previously but got it added on later. Car cleaned inside and out and service as expected.

I had a really great experience buying my new car. Johnny helped me every step and was always in communication with me about the progress of my car arriving. I knew there would be a wait of a few months (like most new cars) and found it reassuring that I always knew things were moving forward with texts every few weeks. I never had to chase anyone up or wonder how long it would be. I especially appreciated that it could all could be done through text/email as I work shift work. I had a seamless and stress free experience and would recommended anyone wanting a VW to visit Rex Gorell.

Thermostat was replaced in VW Golf Gti at 6 month old quoted price in which I was very happy. Only small problem found was radiator fluid was not cleaned out of engine bay. Will ask to be done at new service.

We had such an excellent experience buying our new car. We knew exactly what we went in looking for. We didn’t face a hard sell or any pressure from the sales consultant. Once we deposited, they organised delivery of the car in less than a week, which no doubt put them under pressure! Very happy with our new car and the overall experience from the dealership!
