Combat Flights Gippsland

Quite nervous prior to the flight but very much enjoyed it once in the seat and underway. John is very professional and worked hard to make sure I’d like it. I did. The vertical stall -where the engine and my heart both almost stopped was crazy. Highly recommend it!

I went for a flight yesterday. John provided a thorough brief in the terminal about what we would do during the flight and made sure I was comfortable - the emphasis was on safety and fun.He then took me to the aircraft and made sure I was seated and secured and had again ensured I was comfortable.The flight started with a nice gentle fly over the local area which was very informative and great to see.Then we went into the warbird phase of the flight and we did all the maneuvers as briefed and again at each stage John made sure I was feeling fine. He briefed each maneuver and preformed them safely and it was an absolute pleasure to feel, smell and see the world in a way only a combat flight can provide.John will tailor the flight to your level so if you are adventurous then you are in for a treat and if you are not then he wont perform all the top end maneuvers but will always ensure you are safe and are having fun.A video of your flight is available after the flight for a very reasonable fee.I thoroughly enjoyed the flight and highly recommend Combat Flights Gippsland!

Wow, if you are seeking an amazing and exhilarating flight, then this is it. Looking at the ground from ALL angles (yes, even upside down) was surprisingly serene. John the pilot was in touch via a 'biggles' (lol) cap with a microphone attached, explaining what was about to happen and continually checking to see if I was ok (which I was). For anyone seeking an adventure, I would highly recommend you give this a go. (Heather Schlipalius,)

You need to do this !! My father and brother both former pilots - no longer can they brag about experiencing barrel rolls, loop d loop and so on - their bragging days are done and dusted - but seriously - I can’t recommend this enough - John has got Maverick covered (after all it’s not the movies folks) - it’s real life 4G action and what a feeling - don’t wait - just do it !!

One of the greatest days of my life. Absolutely brilliant. John is a fantastic pilot and very conscious of the passengers comfort. I will be back as soon as I can. Many thanks to my beautiful wife and kids for getting me a voucher for Christmas.

An amazing experience to sit through. Both pilots where professional, highly experienced and very friendly. The preflight brief was thorough and descriptive. My pilot kept in communication with me and ensured I was prepared for each manoeuvre and happy to continue on or if we needed to take it easy.Highly recommended for anyone into aviation, or even just someone looking for something fun and different to do.Thanks to the whole team for making us feel welcome and comfortable.

I was given a gift of a flight with Combat Flights Gippsland and it turned out to be the best gift I have ever received. John is highly professional, skilled and safety conscious and goes out of his way to ensure that you have a great time. The flight started with a cruise around the area before heading back over the airfield so the my family could watch the aerobatics. John made sure I was comfortable throughout the flight and let me choose the level of aerobatics conducted. I can’t recommend John and Combat Flights Gippsland highly enough.

One hell of an incredible experience! Had an absolute blast during my flight and could not wipe the smile from my face.
