For my own experience, one word only, unprofessional

I rang up the morning of an appointment to cancel, due to my son being sick. I was told that we would have to pay for the appointment still as we where canceling within 24hours. Ok can live with that, $160 bucks down the tube. Received an email with details on how to pay for the cancellation, which stated all other appointments that we had been cancelled, what a joke when someone is sick, a couple days later I received another email stating I had missed another appointment and had to pay $160 again for missing it. I rang them and explained and received an apology and was informed that the appointments where not cancelled as per the email. I then turned up this morning for the next appointment only to be told that the appointment was cancelled and the time slot given to another family, I was asked if I would like to book another one, when I was booking another appointment I was told I couldn’t get one for 2 months!!! What a joke. Next time I will just take my sick son to an appointment and make everyone in the cente sick as well I suggest you do the same.

This service has been amazing for both our son and our family. The service that they offer is fantastic and the staff have always been lovely. Highly recommend.
