Nick Scali Furniture

Bad experience, no customer service and support. They are violating ACL law by showing their ignorance and policy. Recently bought lounge after long wait we got delivered with lots of strains, complaint on the spot to customer service but no response for 2 week. Now offering independent contractor who can clean and try to fix problem in 4 week times. Why we have to pay full amount if we forced to keep their non standard product. Customer resolution team also not helpful and do not want to listen their customer complaints.I am taking this further until I treated fair.

just nowNEWThe worst experience ever. We bought a dinning table and was scheduled to get delivered in October 2023. The delivery person didn’t show up and I called Nick scali to find out that the table was broken. No one called me to informed about it. The delivery a replacement table second time and it was broken one. I called the customer service again to organise a replacement. The delivery people came and told us the replacement tables were broken so they could not delivery the third and fourth time. And I called the customer service again and they always tell me that they will get back to me with 24-48 hours. It never happened. After 5 months of waiting , I called Nick scali again and I got told the table has been discontinued. So they could not provide me with a replacement anyway. What a joke ! After 6 months worth of calls and emails to them, they said there is nothing can be done. Please avoid this shop if you can.

Sometimes it is what a company does when something goes wrong that can make all the difference to your customer experience. We have recently had a lounge replaced by Nick Scali and I have to say the after sales service was excellent. We felt the lounge that we received was not up to the same quality as the one we tried in the show room. The Nick Scali representative that came out to assess our lounge was in agreement and with no fuss or bother to us we had a new lounge ordered. When it arrived, it was perfect and as tested in the showroom. Thank you to all the Nick Scali staff that made this a stress free experience.Marc and Thalia Sarri

Fairly new store and probably one of their larger format around Brisbane. The customer service and knowledge from the team was quite good given its a new business and the the parking is free and never ending. Prices aren’t cheap and I generally wait for the right time price wise to buy from Nick Scali.

Avoid at all costs. The worst retail experience I have ever had. The staff at this store will lie to secure a sale and if you raise your concerns with the store manager he will treat you with contempt. If you value honesty and integrity, I encourage you to shop elsewhere.I had a similar experience to Maree S. The floor staff and the store manager require significant retraining to ensure other customers do not share my experience.Edit: in addition to the issues described above, the couch I ordered arrived damaged. After it couldn’t be fixed, Nick Scali decided to replace it. Fast forward 5 months and the new couch arrives. Surprise surprise this couch is also damaged. Honestly, what is the point?! What a joke! Appalling customer service, multiple damaged products - what’s next? Perhaps Nick Scali will make me wait another 5 months for another damaged couch? Think twice before you purchase from this place.

This isn't for the store in particular, but the entire Nick Scali company and their systems/processes.We purchased a couch a few months ago (which we love), however, we were told it would never get cheaper. The next day, it went on sale, significantly. So we call up and they give us a $150 in store voucher after a long conversation.We never receive the voucher. Another phone call.On top of this, all of their products don't show that they all incur a delivery fee... we then purchased a pendant light (a small box) which we were told that could ONLY be delivered for $40!!!! We told them we would get a courier as it would only be $10... the attendant even said he had escalated the issue multiple times.Again, our voucher wasn't even in the system that we had received.So....overall, terrible processes and false advertising. Add another 40-90 dollars on top of the price, with absolutely no option to pick up in store. Absolutely ridiculous and so old school! What a rip off.

The delivery people didn't take the package away and just left at my front door. The box is more than 2 meters long and 1.5 meters heigh and width. I even can't open my door (outwards to open) and go out. This is my worst experience to receive furnitures compared with other furniture stores and the same Nick Scali in Fortitude Valley.

Love this store. Good quality and variety of stock and friendly, helpful staff. We bought a great lounge and saw some other bits and pieces we may go back to buy also.

Beautiful furnitures and very helpful staff. But it takes too long TT-TT probably I picked the popular one so they don't have a stock or they just don't make enough... how can I wait until April... +_+

Products and service in store was good but not easy to pick up the items you have purchased. Have to travel 30km to the warehouse where you have to make an appointment to collect your items. Only open 4 days a week, at certain times during the day, and a week from when you made your purchase. Expected it to be alot easier.
