Wayne Phillis Automotive Service Centre

I’ve been a customer of Wayne Phyllis for around 10/11 years. I used to take my car to Christie’s Beach for a service but the guy on the service counter there was a waste of space, he could never communicate properly and I always felt he wasn’t interested in what he was doing or his customers.A couple of years ago I decided to take my car to Wayne Phyllis Reynella instead only to discover the same guy was now working there.The same problems persisted, I would order something (like a new key) he never called to tell me when to collect it. I always got messed about at the service and nothing was ever explained properly.After my last service I was told to pop in after lunch to get a battery fitted, when I took it there I was told I would have to wait 3 hours as I should have been there at 9:30am.I have always enjoyed my Ford cars but I will never buy another one from Wayne Phyliss as I can never face the displeasure of having to go to the service centre and deal with more incompetence.

As usual I was greeted by friendly staff and great customer service. Everyone here is lovely and is always willing to help. I look forward to my service each booking and have great trust and confidence in the company.

I was told that they would need my car for several hours and would let me know via phone call when ready. The 60000 km 'service' actually took about an hour (if that) costing me well over $400.00. I also received no phone call. The Service Manager was not very friendly and appeared disinterested. Seemed an imposition for him to adjust my invoice as requested. According to the last 4 years service records my brake pads haven't worn at all. Amazing! Doubts about the cabin pollen filter EVER being changed during previous servicing arose too. I have serious doubts whether my car has been serviced properly at all over the past 4 years! To their credit however, I have since spoken with the Customer Relations Manager Chris Tune who has taken my concerns seriously. My car will be given a 100% check over at another service centre to determine any issues. Then I'll take it for an RAA inspection to make sure. Stay tuned for the follow up.

Good people who actually get the vehicle serviced with no dramas. No details overlooked.

Engine management system fault.A good decision to go to Wayne Phillis Kia Automotive Service. I learned there a good reasons to take your KIA to your Kia dealership. Modern vehicles are complex, Kia Service technicians and mechanics are especially trained. Wayne Phillis Automotive Service have done a fabulous job looking after my Kia. Service was more expensive than other leading independent mechanics. When told about other issues outside of warranty the investigations" weren't as thorough as I would have hoped."

They were great. My engine was replaced by KIA within a few weeks after dropping it off. Would highly recommend.

Spent $970 dollars to replace my grill today on my kia sportage gtline and had told them I wanted to keep old grill so they place it on my back leather seats. Which also made them dirty. I don't put anything on my seats not even a bag, except a persons arss and they think it's fine to put a grill on it which could have potentially ripped my seats.They have no commence or respect for a customer's car what so ever. I had plenty of room in my boot for it to go in. There is no care with staff anymore. They really need to up there care factor, because your putting the message across as we don't give a stuff and that's how your reputation goes down and words travel. So in other words step up your game.

Excellent service from Steven. My car was towed to Wayne Phillis service centre with engine warning light on. Steven called me to advise what issue was and that they had fixed it in a very timely manner. While he had the car he did the airbag recall fix and the car was due for a service next month so they were able to do that for me as well.I’m thrilled with the service I received ( also very grateful) and will be telling everyone how happy I am with Wayne Phillis service centre
