Have used them twice and it was always a pleasant experience, the only downside is the limited opening hours, but for the price, it is a trade-off.

Very dishonest staff who openly lie to clients, massive rental increases after 6 months without lawful notification. Senior management who of these practices, yet completely ignore. They may sound cheap initially, but you'll find after a few months you'd be better off going with a reputable storage facility.

Have been using National Storage for nearly 10 years. So convenient. I can access my unit at any point. The staff are great and will let me know when something had arrived. I remember getting a large Christmas present delivered there so the kids wouldn't see it. They were so thoughtful and stored it in their unit just in case the kids were with me when I visited. That's caring customer service.

Thank you to Courtney and Staff for storing my late mothers belongings. During the last 12 months the belongings were stored in a clean area. NSH is located in a secluded suburban area.During the course of the time there were a few little hick ups on my behalf. Courtney was patient and understanding during the episode.Thank you again for the 12months. Would highly recommend your storage again and to those who do consider using NSH.
