Shipley Smash Repairs

8 weeks to get my car in for repairs. Then I took it in the morning as instructed and it was out the front 7 hours later still untouched. When I called about the fact it hadn't been touched yet, apparently they had been busy on it matching the paint. Joking right? 2 weeks to do some repairs. I had no choice as it's the place my insurance instructed, but if you have a choice go elsewhere. My son just got panelwork done in 3 days. Not a fan and would never go there by choice

I can't recommend Shipley highly enough, they went above and beyond all expectations, we're so friendly and helpful, and really cared. I'll definitely use them again.

Andrew and his wife are new owners of this business. Seemed nice when I met them. Like man to man, Andrew is a top bloke and knows his stuff as a professional etc.Pity about their female reception staff I encountered over the phone. She put us off going back to this business.It's all about the attitude and its very noticeable when the attitude is that of a female who thinks her attitude doesn't stink. But it does Karen!!!! Tone of voice is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT DEAR!!!They've lost my business after 5 years with Darren at Shipleys but I'm sure that this entitled female can come up with cash compensation for her new Boss as he loses Customers without even really knowing WHY.

Car was repaired through insurance. Very pleased with results - car is back to new condition. Only took 4 weeks which is amazing given so many vehicles are damaged due to floods etc. Their communication was brilliant - kept me informed every step of the way. Professional and lovely to deal with. Well done Shipleys - keep doing what you're doing.

Shocking customer service - my daughter had someone hit her car in Aug 22 and her car still has not been repaired. Our insurance stipulated using Shipley Smash repairs who took over 4 months to get a part, never return calls, don't answer the phone and are apparently never able to schedule my daughters car in for repairs. Highly DO NOT recommend anyone uses this business !

unfortunately, Qld-taught drivers can't drive - and I have had a number of hits, in the 14 years I have lived here. SHIPLEYS are to be trusted- they make great repairs, keep you updated, and are always helpful and friendly!

A big positive shout out to all the team at Shipley Smash Repairs for their fantastic and relentless service to getting everything done to the highest of standards.It was a painful repair for them with most of the work being done by sub companies and a lot of coordination to organising them all.They never let go of the ball and pursued excellence right to the very end with even one of the managers doing a final detail on the car himself.The car was finished and delivered to an excellent standard.Fantastic Company to deal with.
