Prouds the Jewellers Macarthur Square

My partner recently bought me a bracelet for Christmas. Upon purchase he queried the size as he thought it was too small, and was told it was a standard size. He asked what he should do if it doesn't fit, and he was told he could either get more links put it, buy an extender, or exchange it for a larger size. The bracelet was too small, so my daughter-in-law took it to exchange it or get an extender. The response from the salesperson was nope" to each of her questions. I am now in a position where I clearly the original staff member lied to my partner to get him to buy the bracelet

I came in today to use a gift card that was given and was greeted by Danny. Danny went above and beyond to make sure that my experience in the shop was memorable. He helped me every step of the way to ensure that I had chosen the right piece. Thank you Danny, you made my shopping experience a great one.

Went in recently to make a purchase for my wife's birthday. I was served by a very lovely and knowledgeable young lady. I know absolutely nothing about jewellery, and she made a difficult purchase very easy. Highly recommended!

Customer service from Catlyn on 12/2 was less than ordinary. No manners (thank you). No smile and ‘here Ya Go’ is not polite at all.

Excellent service and very patient staff. I went there to ask about their pearls necklaces and the gentleman was extremely helpful. He explained to me the type of pearls they have and showed me the range and explained why the prices varies. Prouds are located near the escalators in the old section of the Square near the coffee shop and the Body Shop. I will differently go back there.

My family bought me a ring for my birthday which was too small after 31 days we went back to exchange They said our policies for exchange is 30 days. like if I was coming yesterday it would made a difference to the ring Shape or size or anything I wasn't asking for money I was ready to pay more if it was costing more the staff was very rude set no. I was going to buy another ring for my daughter but after that no way.

Just wanted to say to that lady with braces not be rude to a customer. I was instructing you which watch I like and you replied with “Which black one? There’s heaps of black” in your annoyed and rude tone. If you’re having a bad day, don’t pass it on me. It may not be an expensive watch but it doesn’t mean you have the approval to be rude. That’s all.

I have had my ring repaired at this store which I'm still not happy with and I'm telling you that if I were to buy from this store I'd be treated so nicely. I'm disgusted by the way I was treated by the sales person in store. I regret not getting her name! She was rude and I found her quite aggressive didn't like her tone at all. If you can't handle and unsatisfied customer and don't fight to make them happy OR atleast communicate nicely why are you there? It's not all fun and games when you're only selling!

I’ve had really excellent customer service on the multiple occasions when I’ve been to Prouds. On one occasion I had a slight issue and they were most happy to resolve it for me. Always professional and friendly.Many thanksDebra

Very disappointed in the service. My husband bought me a bracelet for Christmas which was not cheap and within 4 months 3 links broke. I took it in as it was still under warranty and was advised that I needed to pay $50 for the repairs. I paid for the repairs and 2 months later the bracelet broke again and it was warped. I took it back in and Jess was very helpful and sent it to head office for assessment. I was called to advise that I would be allowed to get a replacement which was good and I queried the $50 that I had paid 2 months earlier. The manager called me and told me that it was my fault the bracelet broke and that it was not designed to be worn on a regular basis. I have never heard anything more ridiculous in my life
