Fantastic service! We were staying at the Reef House and the location was perfect. Bill and Tracey are great. All the other car hire places had awkward timings, but Bill made an effort to accommodate my needs over a weekend, providing a new fresh, clean vehicle for the period we needed. Highly recommended - you will not be disappointed

Perfect! Seamless experience from initial contact to return of car and you deal with the charming Bill and Tracey, real people who call Palm Cove home, not some faceless corporation. Great cars, advice and a few wisecracks thrown in. Not sure if it’s the cars or the lovely couple who run this family business that keep me coming back. Palm Cove Rent a Car
I rented a Toyota Corolla in March 2023 from Palm Cove Rent a Car. They had the best price and the car was only 2 years old. The car was clean and in good condition. Booking was easy and pick up was just around the corner from my accommodation making it an easy collection and drop off. Would definitely use Palm Cove Rent a Car when visiting the area again.

Palm Cove Rent a Car
Bill was fantastic to deal with. The Suzuki Swift we hired was reliable, super cheap to run & very clean and tidy. The hire fee was so much more reasonable than those of the bigger companies. We love supporting small business as opposed to the big companies wherever we can, and we would absolutely recommend this car hire business to anyone visiting FNQ. Bill was friendly and very easy to deal with, offered us some great suggestions on where to visit whilst we had the car. The car itself (Toyota Camry) was great to drive and the air con worked a treat!
