Joe and the team did a great job with our windows, a pleasure to deal with, they spent time with us sorting it all out, co-ordinated with the builder and worked with our timing, they delivered a great quality product. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Joe and the team from Ultraframe recently replaced all the windows of our apartment block and it was a great experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They provided expert advice, and the installation went really well. Being close to a flight path and a bus stop right outside was a big reason for the upgrade, and already the reduction in sound has improved our quality of life immensely, and we figure the insulation benefits will come as winter kicks off.

After enquiring to a number of other suppliers we got lucky to deal with Joe, Alex and Shirley, who have done a fantastic job from starting the quotes and going through all the details, to completing the project on time to the highest standards! The installation team was very polite and friendly (also took extra care around our elderly mother who is a shuffler and the boys guided her to make sure they keep her away from any hazards as she tries to get across the house for her needs). Very clean, organized and very professional. The windows make our house look more modern and the sound levels so much better that it is now possible to even sleep in the middle of the day! (busy traffic on the main road) Well done Ultraframe, highly recommend to anyone!

As part of our renovation, we chose Ultraframe to replace our kitchen window and entrance door. Alex, Joe and the team did a fantastic job. The work was done fast, super clean and flawless. In fact, it was so good, we had them come back and do the rest of the house. And again, the job was executed fantastically and super professional. I can only recommend UltraFrame, their team and the PVC product with double glazing....forget about timber or aluminium windows. The process of quote to installation was very smooth and Joe has been very prompt in answering all my queries before and after the installation. My primary objective was to reduce the traffic noise in guest bedroom that faces a major 70km road. The upvc DG window has made a big difference.

They took us through lengthily options and quotes to make sure we were getting what we really wanted, nothing was a problem. The final doors are really lifestyle changing, providing much better access to our rear courtyard, with the sound and heat insulation provided by the double glazing. Had windows installed in 3 bedrooms last week. Wife liked it so much, I'm getting the entire house done. Acoustic and thermal insulation is top notch.
