Awful, awful people! The staff are absolutely rude... I have so much to say and I really hope the manager goes through those workers and works out who are the horrible ones and sacks them. Thank goodness I have rang the complaints team and moved somewhere else. So stuff you neato, now I don't have to be lied to and mistreated again. Sorry you missed out on getting money from me all because I became a full time student

I am on a medical exemption until 24th August, this means that my Mutual Obligations are on hold and will recommence on 25th August. I was forced to have a telephone appointment this morning. I explained to the lady in Bunderberg office that I have an exemption until then. I explained that I would be happy to attend the office on the 25th August. She said that I need to go by NEATO RULES and that Centrelink do not know what they are talking about. She ended up hanging up on me. This women was rude and definitely under trained on a power trip. I have reported NEATO to human services.

As an employer i would never recommend this hopeless company. If you are a job seeker you have no hope with these people. They tell lies give you the wrong information and have absolutely no idea. After a major stuff up the company cant even give me an explanation..NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE.....

I've just recently been referred.They had me booked in for a day where I was working, no worries though I just rebooked it. Or at least I thought I had. Got a call on the day that I told them I'm unavailable, only to find out that the man I talked with on the phone to rebook didn't even actually book me in!Not looking good from the get go.I've rebooked again, hopefully they actually book it in and not just tell me that they have.

I have honestly never been treated so disgustingly in my life. If you are looking for a job agency in Bundaberg, I highly recommend looking elsewhere (Sarina Russo is AMAZING) After everything I was put through, Neato denied my request to transfer so I had to take extra steps to ensure I wasn't put in an uncomfortable place again, but absolutely blown away by the bullying, intimidation, yelling and the employees telling people to be dishonest in their interviews.I have submitted an official complaint about this business and hope they all clean up their act.

Very disappointing after meeting criteria and having a second interview get a call from potential employer to discover that Neato did not send the documents required that were provide promptly. Called the office to express my displeasure to only be meet with a comment that it wasn’t her who didn’t send th paperwork. Seriously if you work for a company everyone is accountable, not sure how this company stays in business.

Can't describe their quality of service without swearing. Poor doesn't cut it. Was doing a course through them while I was looking for a job and when I finally got a job, my payments got cut because the absolute sausages are saying that I'm not attending my course. You're probably better off selling pingas in a carpark than being with them. Review would be 0 stars if it'd let me.
