Upon arrival at Merryn’s Seaview Tce beach house we were truly amazed at the presentation of this beautiful abode. The booking and check-in process was seamless and communication responsive throughout our stay. The home accomodated our family of 6 comfortably with luxurious bedding, coastal inspired decor and all within a minutes walk from Moffat Beach. Thankyou to Merryn and the team for making our stay so memorable. We will be back.

We have been using Merryn and her business HYH to manage holiday letting our property through the Air BnB platform. Merryn initially met with us and explained in detail the process from start to finish. We have been more then happy with the service provided by the HYH team. Communication has been easy and timely. Our property has been well looked after by the guests they thoroughly screen. The cleaning members of team make sure the property is spotlessly cleaned and set up for the arriving guests. We have no hesitation in recommending HYH to anyone considering holiday renting their property.

We would love to do a huge shout out to the amazing team at HYH…They have been managing our property in Caloundra for the past 2 years and we have nothing but greatfulness and thanks for all the work they do in making our Airb&b experience totally stress free..I was so nervous at the thought of renting out our beautiful holiday home, however Merryn and her team take such a personal and caring interest in what they do and their attention to detail in looking after our property is the most wonderful thing .. no job is too big or too small to ensure our guests have the best time and that our property is always taken care of.I can’t recommend Merryn, Dee and the amazing team highly enough .. We took on HYH in April 2022 for our first foray into the AirBnB market. The reason we chose HYH was Merryn's demand for 5 star style, personal service, professionalism and standards. We have been very satisfied as these high standards have been shown by all staff we have been involved with over the course of the last 11 months. Stephanie, Tania, Dee, Justine and of course Merryn have been, accessible, patient, informative, helpful and above all, easy going and polite with us even during some rather trying Christmas escapades that pushed their customer service to the limit. The absolute ease it has been to work with these hosts is quite unique and I for one, am not interested in going with any other host any time soon.

If you care about your home, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You can expect emails to go unanswered, damage to your home will be left unreported (and then they’ll try and tell you it’s too late to claim when you get home), you’ll be overcharged and your guests will receive incorrect communication or their concerns will just be completely ignored. We are still chasing repair of our home. I also had to communicate with guests because of mistakes in communication or our host just completely ignoring guest grievances. We were overcharged by HYH and our emails requesting an explanation were completely ignored despite resending them 3 times and texting to follow up.Furthermore our ‘Host’ asked for a discount for her friends to stay in our home ‘off the books’ which was highly inappropriate.Unprofessional and incompetent.I would like to edit this further as we have now found out from Air BnB that this host lied about lodging a claim for insurance. She never lodged a claim on our behalf. She lied. Merryn now won’t return phone calls, emails or text messages. We have been forced to resort to legal action to recover thousands of dollars damage to our home. Disgustingly unprofessional.

Merryn and her HYH team manage my airbnb house.Paula is my co host and is very good at what she does.They are very good and all guest enjoy their experience.My house is looked after extremely well....
