Had an issue with broken roller shutter garage door. The damage was mechanical which meant I couldn't use the safety override to open the door so my car was basically stuck inside.I called at 730am on a Friday morning, spoke with Joseph, sent him some pics and someone was at my house with parts to repair the door by 11am.This saved us a major headache with no car for the weekend.Thanks Again

They did a very good job fixing my garage door and 2 faulty window shutters.Joseph first tried to fix the garage door over the phone (for free) incase it was an easy fix, but it unfortunately wasn't. He came the next day and fixed it in a couple of hours. My window shutters were also fixed soon after that, by one of his workers. I wasn't charged extra for the second shutter because it didn't take very long to do, which was a bonus! Jobs were done well and they were also pretty friendly.

My garage door snapped in between the panels hinges started falling out. Unable to close or open the door. Called Joseph and he will come same day in few hours.Gave us a quote very reasonable price, helpful, kind and generous human.Work has been done with honesty without any issues.Highly recommend.

Trusted, Honest and reliable person. I called JO to fix broken garage door remote. He fixed the issue and also shared detailed information on how to fix them in future. He contacted vendor to get the quotes and also provided alternate options to save money. Excellent person to deal with. I would highly recommend him as he is a great person who understands customer needs better.

Joseph has fixed my damaged garage door two times in two different properties. On both occasions I resigned to the fact that I may have to replace the garage door due to the extent of the damage but Joseph fixed it very professionally. Great communication, reasonable rate and he knows exactly what he is doing. Def would recommend him for such jobs
