Family Based Care are unreliable, with workers turning up maybe 50% of the time or wanting to change times at the last minute.My son has chronic respiratory problems and the family based care worker always turned up reeking of cigarette smoke causing him to cough.They are definitely more trouble than they are worth. They are so pedantic its just a real pain.
