W cosmetics

I recently purchased an electronic Lash curler. Was excited to use it but extremely disappointed when I tried it. I paid over 35$ for it and it did not work!!!I don't recommend anyone purchase from this store. Bad service and products.

Each visit has been well, very helpful staff and they know their products well.

I had the worst experience, terrible attitude from staffs, her attitude was terrible, greeted other customers but ignored me, it’s like they have something against me,Discriminating me and judging mewas not helpful, I just asked where the lipstick shade is and she was raising her voice and looks so bothered to help me, she said, it’s right there!!What kind of staffs do that customers? I’ve been to other w cosmetic shop and they are always friendly but the Sunnybank one and especially todays encounter very rude staff, she needs to get trained on how to treat customers, terrible attitude and very rude.It looks like I bothered her when I’m just asking where the lipstick shade is. She had so much attitude.

The staff are really professional and helpful. They have great knowledge about the products and help me when i’m unsure about something! They also have a big range of products so I can spend a lot of time in there… :)

Very Frienly staffs there! Especially when I confused with some ingredients, they were really patient and willing to help！I bought three boxes of masks and two lipsticks today which were all recommended by them. They were really professional！

Lovely experience there. The lady named Najima helped me a great deal as I did not have much knowledge about cosmetics. Would shop again if she was there.
