Terrible food and terrible service. Chicken noodles had 4 small pieces of chicken. Customer service was not good and would not honour $10 birthday reward loyalty discount.

I ordered 20 pieces of chicken through Uber. But the undercooked chicken was received, and the rest tasted like kitchen detergent. So we threw away all the chicken.

The name says it all…. NOODLE BOXVery disappointed with the beef in black bean bowl 3 pieces of broccoli that was the only vegetable apart from onion I could get with a fork as for the beef probably 6 Thin slices sauce was flavoursome and I actually came across 2 black beans.2nd dishSweet and sour. I've eaten at a lot of Noodle box restaurants but this one always exceeds my expectations in how badly someone can ruin a meal.Whether it's ordering the vegan option and getting beef in it or ordering garlic prawns and getting nothing but noodles (no prawns, no vegetables) across 2 separate meals in the same order.Out of 10+ orders, I've probably had 2-3 that are correctly made. The 2-3 weren't here.FYI - I return because there is one NoodleBox restaurant on the Coast and it happens to be this tragic one. Doesn't mean I recommend it.

Just called the store, Alex answered after taking my first call and organised for the meal to be mild. The meal was beyond that, stupidly spicy, then after speaking with her about this she goes “yeah what do u want us to do about it”. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Sounds stoned and careless.

I am old customer of noodles box but from my today experience not happy with service and specially very badly talking way with customer. Never recommend this store to anyone in future.I have ordered vegetarian noodle box with tofu when I come home and check it I feel it’s chicken so I visit two times again as well as my partner talks with them by phone they said come to store we change it but when I visit store they owner said we can’t change it and no refund it’s plant based. Very rudely talking way from owner with customer so I give it back my noodles box to them.

Delivery was quick. And prawn chips get 5 out of 5 stars. That’s about as far as the stars go. The rest of the food was bland. Certainly not the typical flavours. Mongolian beef is over spiced with Indian flavours which are not the typical Mongolian taste I am used to. The pad Thai was also bland, although spicy. Overall disappointed and wouldn’t order again. Serving size is generous
