This was the best haircut my dog has ever had. They were so professional, the customer service is great and I will be booking my dog in for regular visits moving forward. Thank you for looking after Bruce, and for his Christmas tie.

Initially, I was worried about the quality after the discussion over the phone regarding the time it will take to groom my dog — which was much longer than the estimated time on the site. I was, however, very pleasantly surprised to have my dog perfectly groomed and on time for us to leave Sydney. The price was also fantastic for the services. I would love to bring her here again for upkeep whenever we visit again.My dog is a small, one year old, female Samoyed and required a full grooming service.

Puppcorn is the only place I feel comfortable leaving my puppy at while I’m doing a full day in the office. My cavoodle pulls towards the storefront whenever he is nearby because he loves it so much. This is also the only place he has ever been groomed, and as a result, he loves the entire process, he’s patient when I bath and trim him at home because he has positive associations with grooming. The team are real dog/animal lovers, and I feel confident my dog is in not only competent hands, but loving hands. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough when rating a business who cares for my dog in such a lovely way, who I can rely on and who genuinely know his personality and quirks. Puppcorn is my dog’s second home and I am deeply grateful to them!

My beautiful cat Liz ran into an unfortunate sticky situation that I couldn't clean myself. I am so impressed with the grooming Puppcorn provided. They were so great to deal with, and Liz is still talking to me. They even said that Liz was really well behaved, and I know she can run when she wants to escape. Seriously impressed with them!
