Had steamatics come out numours times to my rental and were contracted by insurance and order to clean the mould from a storm event until house repairs commenced Paul attended the property with 2 other people he was nothing but rude in front of my children and said that the mould is not from the storm event I spoke with the manger Steve about the complaint that they didn't even clean I mentioned that Paul was was rude on the phone to my partner also could hear him being rude to my next-door nabour icoukd hear Paul yelling at the nabour from the driveway I told them that I'm not satisfied of the complaint and will be contacting head office and paul said I own this business and head office will get nothing out of me so much anger on the phone I think he should book into anger management to learn to control his anger defiantly will not recommend this company as to they watested my time you don't go intpeople random houses and be disrespectful he rude and also yelled at me on the phone that he took from steve.

I have used Steamatic Coffs Harbour on a number of occasions for water damage and mould removal in a rental property. I have found them to be extremely professional and they do an amazing job every time. On each occasion the property was left dry, with no smell or residual problems. I had a plumbing problem at home and the resulting damp was dried and the mould treated and removed. They arrive on time and I know when I call them they will do everything required to restore my property.

They told me they were unqualified to do the job then sent out technicians months late who were very young, obviously unqualified and absolute LIARS. The report they submitted was full of outright fabrications and lies. SO MANY LIES. There lies have cost me my business and assets. The office staff is incompetent and lies to cover tracks of those technicians who are no longer with us". They fail to reply to calls. They REFUSE to submit a quote based on their own report because when Paul finally attended 6 months later all he wrote on his notepad was MDF and has refused to respond since. They're happy to hurt and poison other people by claiming toxic soot is safe but don't want to clean it themselves. I first called them 07.07.2021 to do the job. ABSOLUTE LIARS.An adjoining neighbours malicious MDF fire caused damages to my entire property.For insurance submissions, I first called Steamatic to get a quote to clean the damages on 07.07.2021.I was told by the receptionist at Steamatic, we don’t have the staff with the appropriate qualifications to get up onto roofs

I can not rate this company low enough on every level.Failed on every level.Absolutely LIARS who intentionally sent out unqualified staff who then refused work on the job they lied about.They have directly cost me over a hundred thousand dollars.They have destroyed my business. I hate them. I hope that they have someone do the same to them to them and that someone elses lies puts their staffs health in constant health harm as their lies have done to me and my work. Genuinely hate them. Don't use them they are shonks.
