Older lady, so happy, greeted us when we entered store, sooo helpful, a delight!!!

I witnessed the older sales lady being extremely rude to a young girl, absolutely no need.

Every time I walk into this Sportsgirl, I expect somewhat good customer service because the sales assistance are usually older ladies at this store. When I went in there recently the two ladies were having a conversation about a Netflix series, quite loudly. None of the customers in the store were addressed nor offered assistance. I walked around purposely for an extra 10mins to see if they’d ask how I was and nothing. Not even serving me at the counter could get these two to stop talking. She didn’t even cut her conversation to ask how I was or make eye contact with me, just kept talking to her coworker and made me feel like I was being a pain for taking her away from the conversation. The only time she spoke to me was to tell me how much the total for my eyeliner was. This isn’t the first time I’ve experience such poor customer service at this store but this time really rubbed me the wrong way. Raise your standards.

Absolutely beautiful customer service received there at Robina Monday 19th December. Lovely clothes too.

Staff never greet you. Prices are too high

Different to the other Sportsgirl stores in the area,not as much variety & the lady who served me wasn't as move-in fact I felt as if they wanted to be somewhere else other than serving me as the other lady who greeted me as I entered the store was all good!!

Good customer service, quality of clothing ok. The clothing racks are a bit crammed with excessive stock making it harder to see what you are trying to look at.

I went into the store today with no real expectations. I was served by Adie and i even made the comment that nothing here fits me or suits me, Adie went out of her way to show me clothes and styles that she thought would suit my body shape, and she was 100% right, she took her time to bring me clothes she selected that she thought would work for me. I really enjoyed my experience and left wanting to go back to this store, keep up the good work and personalised service.
