We had 3 Velux installed in our home at Springfield. We were worried that our steep roof would have proved a problem but Skydome Erina’s staff and installers made it look easy and we were absolutely thrilled with the results! 2 dark areas in our home were transformed into light filled spaces and the impact it has made on the look and feel of these rooms has been huge. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough, they were a pleasure to deal with from the first time we visited the showroom and the finished product is fantastic. Thankyou!

Exceptional service from the team. Organising our whirlybird installation. And we had a follow up with Tom the manager at our property months later since we had some related issues with a possum in the roof ripping up the sarking around where the whirlybird was installed.Thanks guys! Legends

The best Velux suppliers and installers on the Coast. Don't even bother going anywhere else for Velux skylights. Yes, they are busy, but definitely worth the wait.

We had Skydome Hunter Coast install a new skydome to our home at Norah Head. It replaced the original skydome that was installed when our home was built in 1984. We had a chap come and measure up and give us a quote. We were happy with the quote and arranged for it to be installed.Tom the salesman arranged date and time , he was very professional and said his team would phone and tell us what time they would arrive. Two chaps came to the front door , greeted me with a friendly smile and told me their names. They both worked well as a team, took the old dome away and cleaned up when they finished. I would recommend Skydome Hunter Coast. I would give them 5 stars.

Tom and the team at Skydome could not have been more helpful. We've now had two Velux automatic roof windows installed on separate occasions. The team was very efficient and professional with the installations, really taking the time to get sight lines right; before we cut a hole in the roof; and make sure that we installed the window at the optimal level to take advantage of the view that it opened up for us.We've had no problems at all since the windows were installed but I'm confident that, if we do, the Skydome team will standby their workmanship.

They installed the skylight and was happy but it is the roof work associated with installing a skylight that is a gotcha and you are pretty much on your own especially in the current market. I have been waiting over 6 months for a tradesman to do the re pointing after the install. Have black mould all over my roof and still cannot get hold of a roofer to fix the roof. Still have the tarp over my roof that Skydome left. Called Skydome and they advised me oh well this is the current market and tradesmen are difficult to findProbably will just end up removing the skylight altogether and get the roof fully retiled to stop problems down the track. So incredibly disappointed. I know the tradesman they recommended is not part of their company but every time says he will fix the roof he never turns up and then goes MIA. I am just completely fed up with all the excuses from all the parties.So just recieved a call from Skydome to complain about my post. What ever happened to customer centric companies?Thanks for the response Tom however at the time of the quote skydome only advised me that any repointing will need to be done by another tradesman. Skydome never evaluated my roofPlease do not try to infer Skydome advised me of issues with my roof as it is untrue. Additionally i had to chase Skydome to get the install done I have email to support this. Going by my records I paid my deposit on 3rd Oct 2021 and was still waiting or a bookin from skydome on 6th nov

A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH !It is not often that you come across a provider that is good in all aspects of the relationship.From day 1 as we walked into their showroom/office at Ernia it has been a wonderful experience. We were made welcome and were taken through the various options in terms of skylights. we were communicated on time regarding site visit and quote and installation happened as scheduled. They were also flexible in terms of moving some of the dates as we requested.I would particularly want to call out Tom for his professional and relationship focused approach. It was almost like we knew him for a long time!I defintiely recommend Skydome for an easy and advice based buying experiencefollowed by a proessiobnal execution.Great work Skydome!

As a freelance journalist I am a researcher and generally pride myself in doing my due diligence. However, I laboured under the misapprehension that all skylights were pretty much the same. I never gave it much thought, to be honest.Recently my tin roof was damaged by hail and written off. The roofing company that the insurance company commissioned did a fine job. Very happy. However, there was only one slight problem. The house was darker. Why? It didn’t make sense because the roofing company replaced all our skylights with bigger and newer skylights as part of the rebuild. But my wife particularly noticed the difference in light in the house. (Don’t they always know?) Anyway, it took us a while to figure out why. You see, in rebuilding the roof, they binned the Skydome products and replaced them with cheaper, less effective skylights. But ‘bigger means brighter’, right? Wrong. It simply didn’t capture the light in the same way.So Tom, from Skydome Erina, kindly popped over to take a look. He explained what had happened and how the Skydome product actually works.Naturally, having to replace ‘like for like’ with any insurance claim, we insisted on them engaging Skydome Erina to ‘give us our bloody light back’. Which they kindly did. The difference was astonishing. To stand in my kitchen is to stand at the Gates of Paradise: the light is blinding.The little Skydome skylight really punches above its weight. Highly recommended and very happy.

Have been dealing with Skydome Hunter Coast for two skylights in our home and have found them very professional and helpful. Their professional advice during a site visit and combined with their showroom enabled us to make the right decision when choosing our skylights. Everyone has been friendly, helpful and when it came to the installation they were on time, advising us 30 minutes before arrival once more. Both installations were professional, with great care taken not to damage things and a thorough clean up afterwards. Care was especially taken on the roof to ensure it was waterproof and visually perfect. After other experiences with less professional tradespeople I can highly recommend Skydome Hunter for Service, Price and Professionalism.
